Sandland Brygge is a very special place in North of Norway. Some may say it's too hard to get too, furthest out at Loppa in the Arctic Sea. But they also say that's what makes it so extraordinarily good. There may not be a better place for Seafishing.
From booking agent company: We are having some difficulties to decide whether Sandland Brygge is the best or the very best fishing beat we have ever had in our program for this region. Undoubtedly the local setup cannot be compared to anything else far and wide. State-of-the-art apartments for 4 and 9 persons located directly on the waterside, a landing stage right at your front door and the centerpiece: A boot fleet with three brand new 24 ft Kvaerno boats/115 hp with center cabin and four 23 ft Dolmøy boats also with 115 hp. Our other beats in this region have reliably guaranteed large fish for years, hence it was a logical step to offer this amazing product to our passionate fishing enthusiasts. You may have high expectations here, cods weighing 15-20 kg are no exceptions but rather the rule. During springtime, cods weighing 30 kg have been regularly caught. Top halibut beats run from your front door at Søre-Bergsfjord via Kvalsundet and Leisundet up until the northern Loppahavet - i.e. a vast, almost inexhaustible fishing beat for all halibut fishers. The very first group coming to Sandland immediately caught 52 halibuts and cods up to 28 kg during the first week. Spined loach around Marholmen and particularly really capital redfish north of Silda add to the extraordinary attractiveness of this region. And even if St. Peter now and then does not provide us with good weather, there are still endless sandy beaches to catch flatfish and Lake Sandland with excellent brown through, sea trout, atlantic char and salmon populations.

Pekka and Maritta Koivu, Markku Tyrunen and Pirjo Heiskanen is visiting Sandland Brygge for the first time. They have caught a lot of fish, including this halibut at 48,5 kg.

Update on Sandland Challenge After the info meeting and various preparations, all boats have now been out on the sea and prepared for tomorrow's competition start. Markku Heinonen got this halibut at 30.2kg. On his boat there were 7 other halibut taken and returned, on the test round today.
Saltwater Anglers Finland arranges SANDLAND CHALLANGE 2019. About 40 Finnish anglers have arrived at Sandland Brygge to fight for prizes worth around 4,000 euros. It is the length of the fish that counts in this catch and realese competition. We at Sandland Brygge are very excited and proud to host this competition and would like to thank the initiators Tomi Soininen, Raine Komulainen and Tomas Sjøgren.

Our newest boat in the fleet, Skavnakk, was delivered this evening. This is our 9th Wildeboat, welded by De Wilde Slipp og Mek as and powered with a 150hp Evenrude engine delivered by Frydenbø Industri i nord Øksfjord. It is really fun to be on the pier when our guests comes back from fishing. Everyone is happy and satisfied and can tell about very good fishing and lots of fish. Today, this year's biggest halibut so far was caught, when this lady of 85kg ended up on the boat deck. Andy Wibranietz fought for 2 hours and broken his fishing rod during the fight. The plan was to release it but it was too damaged. The Halibut will be served to the locals in Sandland :-D

The helicopter in the video takes 4 passenger and 25kg of luggage and costs NOK 10.080,-. The prices are not fixed. It all depends on flight time.
